Results of Ballot on Shift Patterns
Northumbria Joint Branch Board Policy on Shift Ballots is that 80% of those participating in the ballot must be in favour of the proposed shift pattern. This allows the Joint Branch Board to discount 20% of our members' wishes.
Following the recent ballots on the proposed shift patterns the results are as follows:
AREA SUPPORT GROUPS
There was a yes vote of 62% and a no vote of 38%
The result was, therefore, not in favour of the proposed shift pattern.
CID AND NEIGHBOURHOOD BEAT OFFICERS
There was a yes vote of 58% and a no vote of 42%
The result was, therefore, not in favour of the proposed shift pattern.
